The PAC Shopping Fair Extravaganza- Nov 19th- 2009
Do you sell Tupperware, Usbornne, Arbonne or Avon or any other product? Maybe make jams or pickles? Art or crafts? Would you consider participating in a Group Show one evening this November? It would be like a huge home sales party only with multiple companies and products. Tables are $25, to the PAC, but all sales are your own. Set up samples, take orders or just sell your stock. Friends and neighbours will come for a fun evening out- shopping locally, have a visit and a snack from the ‘Cafe’, and maybe get ready for Christmas a little early this year. If you are interested, please contact Kate at kat.emmasworld@gmail.com or call 604 885 2019 to book a spot.

This long time event is going to be held July 25th and 26th this year. As with all community events, nothing would happen if not for volunteers. A myriad of volunteers are needed and you are encouraged to give an hour or 3 of your time to benefit this long-standing event and your community.
You could do an hour shift at the kid’s games booths, or help with either a donation or some time for the Silent Auction (for either event contact Jacquie-noahpatrick@dccnet.com); or participate as a crafter/artisan or entertain the crowd on the Open Stage (for either event contact Leslie at 885 0729). Also important is to please come! The Kid’s Bike Parade and Fishing Derby at HMB General Store and Wharf on Saturday 9:45am, the Saturday Family Dinner 6pm at Cooper’s Green (contact Gina for tickets 885 5833). Keep an eye out for more details, and lend a hand!
